Do I need to make an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, appointments are always encouraged. If you have an emergent issue, such as you need your vehicle towed in, please call us and let us know!
When will my car be done?
Most repairs will be completed the same day. If you are waiting for a full service oil change and safety inspection we will usually have you done within the hour. More extensive repairs like engine or transmission replacements or electrical issues may take several days.
Can you give me a ride home?
Yes! We will get you a ride home or to work.
Do you accept Third Party Warranties?
Yes! We accept Third Party Warranty coverage and we work hard to ensure you get the maximum coverage.
Is my car ok to drive, or should I have it towed in?
When in doubt, do not drive your vehicle! Feel free to give us a call if you are unsure about whether your vehicle is safe to drive. We are able to help arrange a tow if needed.
Can I use my own parts?
Typically speaking, no. An exception to this might be an older car that parts are difficult to find. We may work with you under those circumstances.
Do you charge to diagnose vehicles?
Yes—we spend time and use equipment to diagnose your vehicle. We charge our normal hourly rate to figure out what is going on with your vehicle. If you decide to do the recommended repair with us, we usually waive the diagnostic fee.
I have aftermarket rims, can you do an alignment?
Absolutely! Our state-of-the-art Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment machine can handle all rims with NO metal to metal contact.
Do you have a waiting room? Is there WiFi?
We have a waiting room with comfortable chairs, television, table and chairs, clean restroom, refreshments, and yes…free WiFi!
Where do I pay for the snacks, soda, water, and coffee?
The refreshments are supplied to our customers at no charge. Please enjoy and make yourself at home!
Can I drop off my vehicle before or after hours?
Yes, we have a locked key drop box on the front of the building.
